For owners planning their exit · Poland

Your life's work deserves a careful successor.

When it's time to step back, you shouldn't have to hand your company to the highest bidder or a faceless fund. I buy €1–5M businesses from owners in Poland moving into retirement — and hold them for the long term. Your team, your brand and your name stay. My own capital, no brokers, complete confidentiality.

My promise to you

I buy businesses to keep them — with care, not on a conveyor belt.

I'm not a fund chasing a quick resale. I look for one good business at a time, and I plan to own it for years. Here is what that means for the company you built.

Your people stay

No restructuring playbook, no layoffs to flatter a spreadsheet. The team that built the business keeps their jobs — and gains a hands-on owner.

Your name & brand live on

The brand you spent decades earning trust with stays. Clients keep the relationships and the quality they rely on.

Held for the long term

I buy to operate and grow, not to strip and flip. No quick resale, no asset-stripping — a stable home for what you created.

"I built and handed over three of my own companies. I know what it means to trust someone with your life's work — and I treat every business I buy the way I'd want mine treated." — Alex Tsishuk

About me

An owner-operator who has been in your chair.

"I've built businesses, met payroll, and handed companies to new owners. I buy the way I'd want someone to buy from me."

Twenty-plus years running P&L across cross-border trade, a private-market fund, an FMCG scale-up and e-commerce — three businesses built and handed over, 50+ people led. Today I look for one good Polish or German business at a time — to own, protect and grow for the long term.

Your questions

What owners usually ask

Will my employees be safe?
Yes. I keep the team — that's the whole point. I'm buying a working business with good people, not a list of assets to cut. I'd never strip the thing that makes it work.
Will you resell it quickly?
No. I buy to own and operate for the long term, not to flip. I plan to hold the business for years and grow it patiently.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. To start I only need six basics. Detailed information moves only after we both sign a mutual NDA. No leaks, no auction, no strangers walking through your offices.
What do you need to start?
Just six basics — your name, your e-mail, your sector, and a rough idea of your revenue, profit and location. That's enough for me to see whether there's a fit and share an indicative range. Nothing confidential, and no NDA to begin.
Do I pay any broker fees?
No. You deal directly with me — there is a 0% broker fee on your side. No intermediaries taking a slice of your life's work.
How is the price decided?
Fairly and openly, based on your last year's profit, adjusted for debt and cash. I show you the numbers behind the offer, and we talk them through together.
How long does it take?
For a well-run business, usually 90–120 days from our first talk to a complete, calm handover — at a pace that suits you.
