I've built companies, met payroll, and handed businesses to new owners. That's the lens I bring to every conversation — I know exactly how much trust a sale takes.
"I buy and grow solid small businesses in Poland & Germany — and I treat each one the way I'd want my own life's work to be treated."
I'm Alex Tsishuk. For more than two decades I've built, financed and run real businesses — the kind with payroll to meet, customers to keep and margins to defend. I've also been on the other side of a sale: I've handed companies I built to new owners, and I know exactly how much trust that takes.
That experience is why I do this differently. I'm not a fund running a portfolio on a spreadsheet. I'm one buyer, using my own capital, looking for one good business at a time to own and grow for the long term — especially where a founder is retiring and there's no one in the family to take over.
Import–export for an industrial-lighting manufacturer. Learned how real margins are made and lost.
Co-managed an equities & derivatives portfolio. Learned how capital is priced and risk is underwritten.
Founded a fresh-produce distributor and expanded it across three countries. €3.5M peak yearly revenue, 50+ people led.
Built a remote team, launched five SKUs, and mastered Amazon logistics end to end.
Sourcing cash-generating €1–5M SMEs in Poland & Germany — to own, protect and grow for the long term.
Four principles guide every deal — and every day after it:
If you've spent a lifetime building something and want it to be in careful hands, I'd be glad to talk — quietly, and with no obligation.
